Welcome to AIB - IELTS MOCK. Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy explains how Shox Dexqon ("Developer") handles your personal information across our mobile application.

1. Information Collection and Use

While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This includes:

• Personal Data: Email address (dexqonchlik@gmail.com) and Name.
• Audio Data: We collect audio recordings specifically for the Speaking mock exam feature to provide AI-based scoring.
• Media: Access to your photo library is only requested if you choose to upload a profile picture.

2. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy (e.g., keeping your mock test history). Audio files are stored securely and used only for evaluation.

3. Account and Data Deletion

Under global data protection laws (GDPR/CCPA) and Google Play policies, you have the right to delete your data at any time. AIB - IELTS MOCK provides two simple ways to exercise this right:

Method A: In-App Deletion
Navigate to Profile > Settings > Account Management > Delete Account. This process is instantaneous and irreversible.

Method B: Web-Based Request (Online Deletion)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you may request full data deletion by emailing us. Please send an email to dexqonchlik@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - AIB IELTS MOCK". Provide your registered email address, and we will purge all your records, including test history and audio files, within 48 hours.

4. Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data.
